02/04/2025 Update Your Mobile Banking App to Version 6.0

Dear Customer,

To enjoy the latest features and improvements in your Mobile Banking App, please ensure your app is up-to-date with version 6.0. Follow the instructions below for both iOS and Android devices:

For iOS Devices (Apple):

  1. Open the App Store:
    • Unlock your iPhone and tap the App Store icon on your home screen.
  2. Search for the Mobile Banking App:
    • Tap the Search tab at the bottom of the screen.
    • Type the name of our Mobile Banking App in the search bar.
  3. Check for Updates:
    • If an update is available, you will see an Update button next to the app.
    • Tap the Update button to download and install version 6.0.
  4. Automatic Updates (Optional):
    • To ensure your apps are always updated automatically, go to Settings > App Store > Toggle on App Updates.

For Android Devices:

  1. Open Google Play Store:
    • Unlock your Android phone and tap the Google Play Store icon.
  2. Search for the Mobile Banking App:
    • Tap the Search bar at the top and type the name of our Mobile Banking App.
  3. Check for Updates:
    • If an update is available, you'll see an Update button.
    • Tap the Update button to install version 6.0.
  4. Automatic Updates (Optional):
    • To enable automatic updates, tap the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the Google Play Store, then go to Settings > Network preferences > Auto-update apps > Select Over any network or Over Wi-Fi only.
